DESCRIPTION:Moving through the healthcare system\, from primary care\, specialists\, mental health providers\, med management\, and so many others\, can be an exhausting and painful experience. There are so many emotions for things that can feel so overwhelming and even embarrassing to share. This is a place for us to talk about what we’ve been through without judgment or shame\, and without fear of it ever getting out.

SUMMARY:Pet Grief Group (Losing Our Best Friends)
DESCRIPTION:Many of us are very close to our pets\, and the unconditional love and companionship they offer us can be a major emotional support. But few resources exist for the grieving pet owner\, and it has been traditionally difficult to voice the real and profound grief pet owners experience when they lose their furred friends. The Pet Grief group is a safe space for people to open up and process their grief among peers who understand how painful an experience it can be.
