Moving through the healthcare system, from primary care, specialists, mental health providers, med management, and so many others, can be an exhausting and painful experience. There are so many emotions for things that can feel so overwhelming and even embarrassing to share. This is a place for us to talk about what we’ve been through without judgment or shame, and without fear of it ever getting out.
