Sweetser’s SupportME Peer Center in Brunswick is a dedicated community space designed to foster connection and provide a sanctuary for those navigating mental health or substance use challenges.
We believe that recovery is not a journey meant to
be traveled alone, yet we recognize that stigma
and isolation often make it feel that way. Our
center bridges the gap between traditional clinical
care and the authentic human connection that is
vital for true healing.

At the heart of our mission is peer support. The center is staffed by trained specialists
who have their own personal history with mental health or substance use. We believe
there is something profoundly healing about being understood by someone who has
walked a similar path and navigated the same hurdles.

This is a free community resource designed to be
accessible to everyone. We are committed to removing the obstacles that often prevent people from seeking
